Last night, Agência Lira | Global Brand & Marketing Consultancy was at the first Berlin #ClaudeforFounders event, represented by our founder and director, Lívia Rangel. The gathering — a Claude Community meetup organized by local Claude ambassadors — took place on a warm European summer evening at Arbio’s rooftop.
Around 100 Berlin-based startup founders came together to network and show how they’ve been using Claude, especially #ClaudeCode, to rebuild parts of their businesses — products, sales, marketing, CRM — through AI agents.
Takeaways from the showcases
Some takeaways from the founder showcases that stayed with us:
Knowledge as the foundation
Several founders build around a shared knowledge base, asking the agent to read everything before starting any task, turning it into what one of them called an “autonomous agentic entity,” shared across the whole team on Claude.
Agents running the business, not just assisting it
From content workflows for LinkedIn built on agent hooks with Notion, to outbound sales run by an agent asked to “manage me,” to full CRM apps with their own sales pipelines built on top of Claude Code.
The tools of the trade
MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Skills came up again and again, integrated with Asana, Notion, and vendor systems — alongside practical tips like “set up your Claude to retain data past 30 days,” and how much “session memory” changes the way these agents work over time.
Building what you wish existed
From writing content with a defined persona to running YOLO mode in a sandbox with browser access to vendors, several founders talked about building the software they always wished they had.

In the spirit of honest feedback: fewer than 15% of the (pre-selected) attendees were women founders, and no woman presented a showcase. Worth naming, and worth working on for the next one. 😉
